Another old wives tale broken...

Ok ladies, has your mother or grandmother ever told you that you couldn't wash your hair while on your period? Well I know I've been told that before, but what their saying is completly wrong; you actually can wash your hair while you are on your period. It does no harm to you body, in fact a shower is also recomended during this time of the month: besides who wants to go around smelling like blood for 4-5 days or however long your period lasts? I know I definetly don't!
